Always wear nipple covers for protection under adhesive products. If you do not have nipple covers, you can also apply lotion or oil over the nipple area as this will prevent the product from adhering to sensitive skin.
The Game Changer and Shape Tape are uniquely made with an all-natural, breathable hemp fabric and both can be layered to create your optimal level of support. Please note that areas covered with multiple layers of tape will naturally slow the evaporation of sweat, and there is a risk of developing water blisters in high temperatures or from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Make sure not to stretch or strain the adhesive tape or stickers as this can cause a tension injury. This occurs when the tape resists stretch and tries to regain its original shape, pulling at the skin and resulting in a tension blister, typically seen at the ends of the tape. NOOD's Game Changer and Shape Tape are sweatproof and waterproof. These products have been developed with a strong, hypoallergenic, heat-activated adhesive that bonds to the skin more intensely as your body temperature rises.
Please be aware that there is a risk of water blisters occurring in areas where sweat is produced faster than it can evaporate. Blisters can tear open upon removing the tape so please take care.

We do not recommend sunbathing in adhesive products or wearing them in hot temperatures for extended periods of time. Doing so can make the removal process more difficult and cause abrasions or irritation. Please do not apply adhesive products to sunburnt, broken or irritated skin.

Remove adhesive products using the NOOD Boob Savior spray. Please take extra care on sensitive or mature skin. Saturate the entire surface area of the tape in oil, covering the fabric completely, and leave for at least 5 minutes. The oil will help dissolve the adhesive and prevent any pulling of the skin during the removal process. After the oil has saturated the tape for 5 minutes, gently pick a corner with one hand and start to peel the tape off. Do this whilst holding the skin down and applying pressure just below where the tape is coming off with the other hand.
