Please take care when trying on your items as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, make up, tan marks or damage in line with our policy.  All items must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels and safe tape fully intact.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return, and any items sent back must be received by us within 28 days of when they were first received by you. 

The below returns portal is for orders shipped to the AUS. For all other orders, please see below. Please ensure you have read our Returns Policy before registering your return.

5 Simple Steps

Step 1

Begin by entering your order number and email address on our return portal.

Step 2

Select the item from your order that you wish to return and choose a return reason.

Step 3

Choose your preferred return method either drop off or courier collection.

Step 4

Confirm that you are happy with the details provided.

Step 5

Check your email for your QR code, take this and your parcel to your local Post Office or wait for the courier to collect.

RETURN FAQS

AUS returns will be subject to a subsidised fee and this will be deducted from your final refund.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

For returns from Australia, a subsidised return shipping label fee will be deducted from your final refund.  

If you’d like to return an item from New Zealand or anywhere else in the world you are responsible for arranging the shipment and covering the fees (Including customs and duties). No fees will be deducted from your refund. 

CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?

Unfortunately,orders cannot be returned together in one parcel.Please return each order separately. Failure to do so will still result in multiple return fees for each order, and a delay to your overall return being processed. 

I RECIEVED A FAULTY ITEM. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN

In the rare occasion that this happens pleaseget in touch withour team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our Customer Care team will investigate and resolve this for you. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refund to Store Credit  

Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund or credit. Your credit will be applied to your Club L London account instantly once processed and will expire after 2 years. You will not be able to request a refund to your original payment method once selected. Terms and conditions apply.

Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund or credit. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account depending on your payment provider. Please contact your payment provider for more information.  

We will send you an email when your return is processed. We will notify you if any items are rejected if they are deemed unsaleable/ineligible for refund or credit. Please make sure you’re only returning items that are eligible for a refund. 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

HOW DO I FIND MY STORE CREDIT

Your store credit is easy to find! Just log into your account using the email address used when placing an order. Whilst at checkout you will be able to use your balance against your new order.  

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

We can only accept items returned in their original condition, unworn and with all their tags and/or hygiene strips intact.
